Exchange and return

 The customer has the right to request a return of the product within seven days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in the same original condition when
purchased, wrapped in the original packaging of Atom, and not taken out of the packaging and in its original carton so that it reaches us safely 

The customer has the right to request a replacement of the product if there is a manufacturing deficiency or damage in the product

 If the product is not in the original condition, The customer does not have the right to request a return or exchange of the product, nor if it was taken out of
packaging

 The customer does not have the right to request any return or exchange request after 7 days of receiving the order

When misuse or bad storage of the product, the customer will not entitled to claim any compensation

 When having a return request, (30 riyals) will be deducted from the total refund amount as an administrative fee

 If the customer did not receive the order, Atom seeks to reach you as quickly as possible, but if the customer was not able to receive the order or does notrespond to the shipping companies,the customer will have the cost of returning the order (30 riyals) as an administrative fee
